Nationwide Deployment

SEARCH & RESCUE: ALL 50 STATES

Search and rescue operations do not require a PI license. Our thermal drone fleet, K9 teams, and ground search specialists can deploy anywhere in the country. We have expertise across every terrain type you can encounter.

Wilderness & Forest

Dense forest canopy, national parks, backcountry trails. Thermal drones detect heat signatures through tree cover.

Desert & Arid

Southwest desert, arid plains, canyon country. Extended range operations with heat-adapted protocols.

Mountain & Alpine

High altitude terrain, rocky slopes, alpine meadows. Drone operations rated for elevation and wind conditions.

Urban & Suburban

City streets, homeless encampments, transit hubs, shelters. Ground teams and digital forensics excel here.

Coastal & Water

Shorelines, rivers, lakes, wetlands. Underwater ROVs and sonar capabilities for water-based searches.

Rural & Agricultural

Farmland, open fields, rural communities. Wide-area drone coverage and K9 teams for expansive search zones.

Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you need a PI license to do search and rescue?

No. Search and rescue operations are separate from private investigation work. SAR involves active field searching -- deploying drones, K9 teams, and ground searchers to physically locate a missing person. This does not require a PI license. Our SAR teams can deploy to any state in the country. PI work (surveillance, interviews, evidence gathering) does require a license, which is why we maintain active licenses in California, Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, and Alabama.

How quickly can you deploy to another state?

Within hours for urgent cases. Our team maintains go-bags and equipment ready for immediate travel. We have deployed to remote locations across the country within the same day of being contacted. For less urgent cases, we typically arrive on-site within 24-48 hours. Time is critical in missing persons cases, and we treat every call with urgency.

Do you work with local law enforcement when operating in other states?

Yes, always. Coordinating with local law enforcement is a critical part of our process regardless of what state we're operating in. We establish contact with the local agency handling the case, share information, and ensure our efforts complement -- not conflict with -- their investigation. This collaborative approach has been key to our success in locating missing persons across multiple jurisdictions.

What's the difference between your PI services and SAR services?

PI services include surveillance, interviews, background checks, digital forensics, and court-admissible evidence gathering -- these require a state license. SAR services are active field operations: thermal drone searches, K9 deployment, ground search teams, and physical location efforts. Many cases require both, and we seamlessly integrate the two. For example, our PI team may analyze cell data to narrow a search area, then our SAR team deploys drones and K9s to that zone.
