Dear Steve, Chloe, Brooke, and the entire team, I wanted to take a moment to express my immense gratitude for your assistance in the most challenging time of my life. When my children were taken away from me, it felt like a part of me was ripped apart. The circumstances were so complex, and the information we had was scarce. However, your team, with its tireless dedication and meticulous attention to detail, worked relentlessly to locate and bring them back to me. Even across state lines, you quickly located them and began the process of bringing them back to Tennessee. Your constant communication and updates provided me with much-needed reassurance throughout the process. It was evident that every member of your team deeply cared about reuniting my family, and for that, I can't thank you enough. Seeing my kids back in their familiar environment, smiling and enjoying their favorite toys and video games, has brought an overwhelming sense of joy and relief to my heart. It feels as though a sense of normalcy has been restored in our lives. Your team's efforts truly embody the essence of guardian angels, watching over and protecting those in need. Sorry I've been out of reach but reception is terrible. I'm still putting together what I have to say to you... heart stuff that is. It's going to take me a few sit downs to wrap my mind around you and what you do. I'm moved to say the least. That's my starting point for what comes next. As I sit and bask in gratitude for the best Christmas I've truly ever had; I want to thank Steve for working tirelessly finding my son, Braden, and relentlessly, never giving up on him. You constantly & consistently respond with knowledge and compassion. Even today, I needed advice you were there on Christmas — of all days. You are selfless. You a hero and a prayer answered for us and so many more who have to navigate through this misery & unknown. The world is blessed with you in it. I really want to thank you again for all of your help. Your selfless generosity is out of this world and we are all completely blown away by you. Dad was a Buddhist, psychologist and truly one of the good ones in this world. It really feels like he's watching over us and sent you to help us save our loved one.
